Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly: email address, payment information (processed by Stripe), and source code submitted for review.

We also collect basic usage data: pages visited, browser type, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

We use collected information to:

• Process your code review order and deliver your report
• Communicate with you about your review status
• Process payments via Stripe
• Improve our service and analysis capabilities
• Comply with legal obligations

Source code submitted for review is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Code is stored only for the duration of the review process plus 7 calendar days, after which it is permanently and irrecoverably deleted.

We do not share, sell, or use your source code for any purpose other than performing the requested review. Our reviewers operate under strict NDA.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.

Source code: deleted 7 days after review completion. Review reports: retained for 90 days for customer access. Account information: retained while you have an active relationship with us. Payment records: retained as required by tax and accounting regulations.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may request immediate deletion of your source code at any time during the review process. Contact us at privacy@codeverified.dev for any data requests.
